This past weekend we had the honor to have one of the best drivers my team could ever ask for, named Kyle. The team and I have all agreed that we would like it if Kyle would be our permanent bus driver for the fall season as he did and outstanding and amazing job for us this past weekend in Albany. Kyle went above and beyond his duties to make sure we arrived to each place on time and in a timely manner. HE WAS AWESOME, and we would love to have him drive us for the remainder of the season if possible :)

I wanted to share that our Value-Added Dairy Tour and a lot of that was due to the exceptional service we received from Niagara Scenic Tours.

I was referred to Niagara Scenic Tours from a colleague. I reached out to the Sales Rep, RJ Alvarez, and he was incredibly kind and helpful as we coordinated this trip. He worked with us for any changes we needed and navigated the Cornell payment process. Keith Petti, their logistics coordinator, helped us with overnight parking options and driver timing. Then, we hit the bus driver lottery and were lucky to work with Tammy Didas. She went above and beyond, made sure we were all taken care of and were safe and comfortable, and even joined us at our tour stops! She was absolutely incredible and made the trip so special. She had no problem navigating the farmsteads that we visited and the challenges that come along with rural tours. I will definitely be requesting her for any and all future travel – I can’t say enough nice things!

I had the pleasure of taking a tour to the WW11 museum in Eldridge, Pa. It was wonderful experience. The driver Tammi, and the hostess, Mary Lou, were the very best. Both of them were very professional, humorous, cordial and knowledgeable. The lunch stop was fantastic. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful lunch stop. The museum was exceptional! I was on a bus yesterday to Albany and back with the OP girls rugby team. Our first bus driver “Captain Tom” was wonderful. Not only did he do a good job, he built a bridge of community and unity. He congratulated our champion daughters in a lovely way. Further, he acknowledged the prayers of the community and those on board for the Tops shooting victims, mentioning specifically his friend who was lost in that tragic event. I have been so proud of how the community of Buffalo has responded to this horrible event, but never more so than by listening to Tom’s reminder of what we have in common, our love for our friends and family. Thank you and thanks to Tom for the reminder to us and to our children that United we Stand.

I am writing an email to you today just to let you know how great your motor coach driver was for our recent game in Wooster, Ohio. He was very friendly, and seemed interested in getting to know the team. I felt very safe with him behind the wheel and was well informed on safety precautions prior to departure in case of an emergency. The Collins Center Seniors were established in 1976 as a social and travel club. In the past 40 plus years we have traveled many miles with various motor coach companies.
